Recruitment Policy
Candidates for teaching positions must have the relevant rights to work in Australia and hold current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
Please note, preliminary interviews may commence prior to advertised closing dates.
The successful candidates for teaching positions will:

- motivate students of all abilities to learn through an innovative approach to teaching so that they reach their potential
- have high level skills in the use of technology in their teaching and in the monitoring of student learning and growth
- connect positively with students and show genuine care for their learning and wellbeing.
Child Protection
Applicants should have a
- Strong commitment to boys' education and the values and ethos of Catholic education, including providing a safe environment for our students.
- Thorough understanding and adherence to Ministerial Order 1359 on Child Safety, as it pertains to the college's Code of Conduct, policies, procedures, and practices.
- Commitment to upholding a zero-tolerance attitude towards child abuse and ensuring the provision of a safe and inclusive environment for all students, regardless of background or ability.
- Understanding of strategies that promote cultural safety, accessibility, and wellbeing for Aboriginal children, children from culturally and/or linguistically diverse backgrounds, and children with disabilities.
